Why is Quandoo shutting down and what does it mean for me?

Quandoo will cease operations on September 30, 2026. This means that from this date, no more reservations can be accepted via Quandoo. Restaurants still relying on Quandoo risk losing bookings and must switch to a new system at short notice. The earlier you switch from Quandoo to another system, the smoother your transition will be.

Can I transfer my Quandoo data to aleno?

Yes. Data migration is possible (for Quandoo Premium users only). Your aleno onboarding team will support you and ensure that your guest data and existing reservations are preserved.

How long does the switch to aleno take?

The switch is faster than most expect: go-live is possible within a few days. After the demo, you schedule an onboarding session – aleno guides you personally through the entire setup process.

Do restaurants pay a commission per booking with aleno?

No. aleno does not charge commission on bookings. You pay a fixed monthly fee – no hidden costs, no deductions per reservation. All direct bookings belong to you.

Which systems can I connect with aleno?

aleno has an open API and integrates seamlessly with existing systems – including common POS systems, property management systems (PMS), and marketing tools. During onboarding, we clarify which integrations are relevant for your restaurant.

Does aleno work for multiple locations?

Yes. aleno is scalable and suitable for both single venues and restaurant groups with multiple locations. All locations can be managed centrally – with individual settings per venue.
