A few years ago we started with great ideals and our own restaurant in the gastronomy. The "economy in Franz", crowdfunding, a big community, moving things together, doing good, good food, seasonal, organic, fair – including wages. That can not be that hard, we thought. We have always achieved our goals, but not the profit zone. Reservation, planning, marketing – way too much effort, far too high the cost. We wanted more time for the guest, less on the computer. We wanted to simplify it.
