In this role you’ll:

As a Partner Manager at aleno, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships within the hospitality industry. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating valuable partnerships, while ensuring a seamless experience for our partners. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will take ownership of managing key relationships, driving mutual success, and contributing to our overall sales strategy. In summary you’ll:

  • Develop and nurture partnerships with key players in the hospitality sector to drive mutual business opportunities.

  • Identify and assess new partnership opportunities aligned with aleno’s strategic goals for long-term collaboration.

  • Lead partnership negotiations, including proposal and contract development, in coordination with sales, legal, and product teams.

  • Oversee partner onboarding to ensure smooth integration and alignment with company expectations.

  • Monitor and optimize partner performance through regular reviews, identifying areas for growth and mutual benefit.

  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with teams such as marketing, product, and customer success to support and align partner initiatives with company objectives.

 

What you’ll bring along:

  • Passion for partner management or business development in SaaS or hospitality. Work experience in these fields is a plus.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) and understanding of partner management practices is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage partners across various organizational levels.

  • Strategic mindset with attention to detail, balancing big-picture vision with operational execution.

  • Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple partnerships and ensuring timely follow-up.

  • Fluency in German and English; additional languages (like French) are a plus, as is familiarity with hospitality industry dynamics.
